Water polo as a sport has been the pride and joy for HSC for so many years, thanks to the devotion of those team members who started the famous winning streak at 1957 after El Ahly Club has monopolized all championships for a long while.

This magnificent bunch kept the National Championship in HSC since 1957 till 1972….and in many years they didn’t lose a single game. During this period the HSC water polo team members represented the majority of the National Water Polo team. This National team represented  Egypt starting from the “World Friendship Week”  1957 in Mosco to the Mediterranean tournament 1959, to the Roma Olympics 1960.

The Team also went to the Arab Tournament 1961 and again to the Mediterranean Tournament in 1963 and then the Tokyo Olympics 1964 and again the Arab Tournament in 1965.
And finally the Mexico Olympics in 1968.

What an Honor this team brought to its Club and it Nation……
